Ni hao! Welcome to the Chinese American International School!

Chinese American International School (CAIS) is an independent school offering a developmentally appropriate Chinese Immersion education and culture program for preschool and kindergarten students and an After School program for 1st grade and older. We are proud to offer experienced and qualified immersion teachers who are native Chinese speakers. With over 35 years combined experience in the Chinese Immersion field, our staff is nurturing and dedicated to insuring your child’s bilingual and bicultural future.

Students attending CAIS are fortunate to learn a second language. Research confirms that learning another language at a young age develops creativity and increases cognitive skill development. As children develop their second language they also begin to develop a broader world view and become comfortable in many cultures.

At CAIS we are committed to giving your child a solid foundation in Mandarin and encourage you to consider enrolling your child as young as possible. The tones that are unique and important to the Mandarin Language are easy for young minds to absorb and understand.

As the world grows smaller and your child enters a global future, the need for a second language is important. By committing your child to a CAIS education, you will be joining with our teaching staff to provide a solid foundation for your child’s future.

Thank you for taking the time to review our website and learn about our programs. We look forward to meeting you and more importantly, meeting your child in the very near future!

We will welcome you. The Chinese way!
